Stone Orca LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates this demonstration website for the Gunfighter Skies 2026 Air Show concept. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

In a production version of this website, the following information would be collected through the alert signup form:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional, for SMS alerts)
• Communication preferences (email and/or SMS)

This site does not use cookies, local storage, or any client-side data storage mechanisms. No analytics or tracking scripts are loaded.

2. How Information Would Be Used (Production)

In a production implementation, collected information would be used solely to:

• Send air show schedule updates and announcements
• Send day-of-show alerts (gate times, weather, schedule changes)
• Respond to user inquiries

Information would NOT be:

• Sold to third parties
• Used for unrelated marketing
• Shared with advertisers
• Retained beyond the conclusion of the Gunfighter Skies 2026 event and a 30-day wind-down period

3. Data Protection Measures (Production)

A production implementation would include:

• Encryption of all data in transit (TLS 1.3)
• Encryption of personally identifiable information (PII) at rest (AES-256)
• Access controls limiting data access to authorised personnel only

4. Third-Party Services

This demonstration website loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). Google's privacy policy applies to their font delivery service. No other third-party services are used.

A production implementation would document all third-party services and their respective privacy practices.

This website is not directed at children under the age of 13. In a production implementation, we would not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

In a production implementation, users would have the right to:

• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of their information
• Opt out of communications at any time via an unsubscribe link in every message
• Request a copy of their data in a portable format

California residents would have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

In a production implementation, personal information collected for air show alerts would be retained only for the duration of the event marketing period and deleted within 30 days following the conclusion of Gunfighter Skies 2026, unless the user opts in to receive information about future events.
